Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Arlington, VA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please notify our office 72 hours prior to your reserved appointment time to make changes.
Insurance and Billing
Fairlington Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations or PPO plans; however, we will be happy to assist in the filing of your insurance claims. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans with 12 months interest free. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Office Hours
We are here for you Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Friday from 7:30 - 4:30pm.
