"What An Amazing Service You Provided"

I just want to thank you for your Dentistry from the Heart program you had on Saturday! My son, who has a service dog, lives with us and has medical insurance but no dental coverage. He was able to access your clinic and have his teeth cleaned (after a number of years AND multiple seizures each week causing damage to his teeth) and he was so excited when he got home. He talked about how hard you all worked, how nice you had things set up and of course, he loved watching TV while having his teeth cleaned. But as a mother and as a member of this community, I wanted to let you know what an amazing service you provided on Saturday; not only to my son but to 99 others! Thank you for your contribution to those who otherwise cannot access your services!

"Recommend without reservation"

"I used to be sleepy *all the time*, even though I got a good night's sleep every night. This was before a sleep specialist sent me to Dr Rogers for sleep apnea treatment. He fitted me up with a night-time mouthpiece and has given truly excellent care during the last 8 years or so, but there's more: Dr Rogers could tell just by looking that I had TMJ disorder. I denied it. A CAT scan confirmed it.

It wasn't long before I started going to Fairlington for all my dental treatment. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes (and they're forgiving when I'm late, though I've learned not to be). The staff is highly skilled, thoroughly professional, pleasant, helpful, and personal without being intrusive. There is plenty of free parking. They offer water, coffee, tea, hot wax hand treatments, and on the way out, a freshly-baked cookie.

They are more expensive than some, but worth it--they never rush or press me, always answer all my questions and concerns, discuss treatments and work with me to optimize financial options.

The upshot: I am strong and alert during the days, have much less neck and back pain, and am confident that my mouth is in the best possible hands. Recommend without reservation.

About Hygienist: Sally DiCesare, 7 years. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, cares deeply about the health of my mouth, and always remembers which TV channel I like to watch (yes, all the rooms have a TV with cable, and a DVD player if you want to bring your own movie for those tiresome long sessions)."

"Dr. Rogers has done all my dental work for the last 7-8 years, including filling cavities, root canal (painless!!!) and crowns (also painless!!).  I cannot say enough about the professionalism that not only Dr. Rogers, but the entire staff displays each time I visit.  They take the time to explain all aspects of the treatments or procedures, including the choices I have, the short- and long-term prognosis and the associated cost factors.  I feel that I have been able to make well-informed treatment decisions and have not regretted a single one.  The staff engenders an air of respect in the office, not only for the patients, but for each other, and one gets the feeling that people there are happy to be associated with the practice.  This, I believe, is directly linked to the excellent service they provide.  Finally, I want to say that this practice is not in my PPO.  I have made the decision to forgo higher insurance coverage to continue to see Dr. Rogers and have never regretted that decision either.  Thank you all."

"I have been going to Fairlington Dental for over 10 years. Every appointment that I have had over all those years has been positive. This is the only medical office that I have been to where I am always seen exactly at my appointment time, where there is virtually no turnover with the staff, the hygienists are all excellent and where I have not had any problems with any of the work I have had done (numerous crowns and replacement fillings). My 3 kids have only gone to Fairlington Dental. I would not trust anyone else with their teeth. They look forward to their appointments. My husband and father are also happy patients at the practice. I cannot say enough positive things about Fairlington Dental!"

After going to Fairlington Dental for 4 years, my only complaint is that I didnt find them earlier. Doc Rogers and the crew are always knowledgeable, friendly and up to date on the latest dental science.

"As a kid, I never really took great care of my teeth, something I really wish I could go back and change.  As an adult, I'm paying for it with cracked teeth from large, unsightly amalgam fillings (not from Fairlington Dental).  Dr. Rogers and Dr. Im created a whole dental plan to get my teeth healthy.  I started with one crown which required a precise fit.  The first permanent crown that was made fit, but not perfectly and the color did not match exactly.  It was pretty close but it did not meet Dr. Im's high standards.  They ordered a new one that matched perfectly and fitted it precisely so looks and feels so natural.

Now Fairlington Dental may or may not have lost money on re-ordering an additional crown but the fact that they took the time and effort to get a perfect match rather than settle on a close match really speaks to the level of service and care they provide.  You also know a good dentist office by how up-to-date the procedures and equipment they use are and they seem on top of that.  In terms of dental care and overall customer service, Fairlington Dental is really on another level."
